Procedures

1.Insert 0.035” or 0.038” guide wire into ureter by cystoscopy.

2.Gradually advance the ureteral access sheath into ureter with the help of inserted guide wire. Note: please make sure the sheath is in place by fluoroscopy or radiographic

3.Remove the dilator.

4.An endoscope and/or related instruments can now be used as needed
